We are now looking for two female assistants for a 7-year-old girl with multifunctional variations. This little charmer deserves the best care and is already surrounded by responsible and dedicated assistants she enjoys being with. We need reinforcement with double assistance during days, evenings, and weekends. We are looking for two assistants to start immediately after a recruitment process that must be completed first.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children with special needs, takes the job seriously, is responsible, and meticulous. The positions are scheduled up to 90%, with room for more beyond the schedule.

If you have knowledge in healthcare, it is valuable, but not the most important as you will be working as a double assistant and will learn the profession with a trained assistant on site.

If you enjoy activities suitable for a 7-year-old and perhaps have your own ideas for alternative activities, that is a plus.

You should be punctual, flexible to take extra shifts during illnesses, and have the self-awareness not to take up too much space in your role as it is placed in the girl's home, allowing the rest of the family with younger siblings to live their lives as normally as possible.

The girl attends school on certain days of the week, and you will accompany her there, which may involve driving the family's car, so a driver's license is required.

The workplace is located on the outskirts of Kungälv towards Gothenburg, with nature as a neighbor.

We operate independently and have a collective agreement through Fremia.
