What does the job of a personal assistant entail?
As a personal assistant, you will support the user in everyday situations, which includes personal hygiene, household chores, shopping, as well as accompanying them to activities and meetings. Your work is tailored to the user's needs and wishes, with the goal of promoting an independent and fulfilling life.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Personal Assistance, caregiving, or similar
- Experience with autism and visual support
- Ability to participate in horseback riding and swimming (i.e., you have some experience with horses and are not allergic to chlorine)
- Personal qualities such as humility, flexibility, and attentiveness are what we are looking for
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing, documentation is part of your tasks
