Who am I?

I am a happy 15-year-old girl living in Mölndal, near the racetrack. I require assistance due to Rett syndrome, which means I have reduced motor skills and cognitive abilities. Your job with me involves supporting me in my daily routines - such as mobility, training, and personal hygiene.

Since I do not speak with words, I use pictures and a computer to aid in communication. Besides the everyday tasks, we will also do a lot of fun activities together - maybe painting, baking, listening to music, or playing with my budgie.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, social, and enjoys working with children and young people. Perhaps you have previous experience in personal assistance, care, or support, but the most important thing is that you have a genuine interest and willingness to learn.

If you have experience with medical aids such as PEG and cough machines, that is a plus, but not a requirement - you will receive training and support to feel secure in the role.

About the position

Working hours are usually between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM on weekdays and weekends, and weekend day shifts may also occur. The position is always scheduled for odd weeks. The schedule is planned together with you, and you will always receive your shifts well in advance.
