We are looking for personal assistants for a user with disabilities in Ljungskile, just outside Gothenburg. The positions are of varying degrees. We are also looking for someone who can step in as a substitute from time to time. You will work in a team with other assistants who together provide important support to create a good environment for the user.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and has a positive personality. If you live close to Ljungskile, it will be more convenient for you.

The position starts on March 1, but we would like you to shadow a few shifts together first.

We primarily seek someone with previous experience in similar work, but personal suitability is the most important. You are positive, attentive, and structured. The work as a personal assistant requires initiative and that you enjoy working alone and are prepared to perform the usual tasks associated with the profession.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is essential.

Interviews will be conducted continuously, first with the operational manager through a digital video meeting. Then you will meet the user and the group leader for an interview.
