Description

Do you want to make a positive difference in students' lives and support their well-being and development? We are looking for a driven counselor to join our team in Färgelanda Municipality's schools, who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive school environment.

The position is linked to Valboskolan 7-9. The position is temporary.

Responsibilities

As a counselor with us, you will:

• Provide counseling and advice to students in need of extra help.
• Collaborate with school staff and guardians to promote students' psychosocial health.
• Develop and implement preventive measures and projects that promote a positive school environment.
• Participate in the student health team's work and contribute your expertise to create the best conditions for our students.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in social work or equivalent education that the employer considers equivalent.
• You have experience working with children and adolescents in a school or similar environment.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
