We are expanding our wonderful resource team with 2 people, are you one of them?

You will be part of a resource team with four colleagues and perform short interventions.

You will also assist during entire or parts of shifts as needed, both within personal assistance and within all functional support such as BMSS, daily activities, social psychiatry, and more. The assignments during a shift are distributed according to the needs of the coordinator or unit manager and aim to provide individual support to the individual based on the implementation plan and individual needs.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Providing support in daily life such as personal care, meals, and activities
• Being responsible for certain medical interventions according to delegation
• Being part of an engaged team that develops the operations

The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has other education that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage. Likewise, if you have previous experience in medical care, tracheostomy, epilepsy, autism/ADHD, and outwardly aggressive behavior. Social documentation is an important part of the work, which means you need to express yourself well in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. It is a requirement that you have a manual driving license.

We are looking for a stable and self-sufficient person with good personal maturity. You have an easy time collaborating, take your own initiatives, and contribute to driving the work forward together with users and colleagues. You are flexible, adapt quickly to changes, and have an interest in learning new things and developing in your role.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Good to know

To be called for an interview, you must be able to present a passing grade in Swedish 1 at the upper secondary level or equivalent. If this is missing, you will have to complete a digital language test.
