I am a young woman with muscular dystrophy seeking female assistants for a night shift of 8 hours, of which 1.5 hours is waiting time. As an assistant, you should be genuinely interested in working in this profession and be proactive, organized, and responsible. It is an advantage but not a requirement to have worked as a personal assistant before. However, it is necessary to stay awake as there is no sleeping duty.
You will receive an introductory period and guidance during the first month to feel secure with the routines.
It is important for me that you speak and understand Swedish well for communication between you and me to work.
