Who am I?

I am a social and active man in my 40s. I have Angelman syndrome and epilepsy, which means I need help with many aspects of my daily life - from meals and personal hygiene to interpreting my signals and understanding what I want. However, there are no heavy lifts involved. I can walk by myself, but sometimes I need a little support for balance, and when my legs get tired, I use a wheelchair. I do not communicate with words, but you will quickly learn to understand me. I show with my hands when I am hungry, thirsty, or want something else.

My world revolves around simple but wonderful things. I love to take walks, swim, and go out to eat - pizza is a definite favorite! Sitting outside and perhaps enjoying a beer or just being surrounded by people makes me happy. I live in my own spacious apartment in Hisingen where you, as an assistant, will sleep in your own room, and there is also a staff room available during your shifts.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who can help me create a safe and fun daily life. It is important that you can cook because I love good food - especially homemade! It is good if you are calm, secure, and attentive, but perhaps the most important thing is that you have a big heart and want to understand me and my needs.

Extra as needed. Working hours are 07:00-07:00 or 18:00-07:00.
