Join Our Team

As an HR Business Partner, you are the link between the needs of the business and HR's specialist functions. You work both strategically and operationally, supporting managers throughout the employee journey. Your role is crucial in translating the business plans into effective people strategies and sustainable results. As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of a wonderful People team where we work cross-functionally in the Business, Core, and Development & Growth teams. We are now looking for a colleague to be based in our Northern region, specifically in Eskilstuna. The region also includes our operations in Brunna, Stockholm.

About the Role

Do you enjoy being close to people and the pulse of the business? As an HRBP with us, you do not work remotely from reality – you are right in the middle of it. This is real HR work! At our site in Eskilstuna, about 200 employees work, most of whom are in operational roles. Additionally, we also have many employees from staffing agencies who are an important part of the business. You thrive where questions arise in the moment and where your support makes a direct difference. To succeed, you need to be confident, experienced, and fearless. This is not an entry-level HR job, nor is it a role for someone who prefers to work in a calm office environment. However, it is the right role for you if you gain energy from dialogues, problem-solving, and the small and large challenges of everyday life.

You will coach and support leaders in developing their leadership skills and building strong, sustainable teams, as well as drive and implement initiatives in culture, leadership, competence development, recruitment, engagement, and organizational development. In the region's management team, you will drive the people agenda and be an important partner in achieving business goals.

Other Common Tasks Include:

  • Having an important advisory role in labor law matters and ensuring that the business complies with applicable laws and guidelines, as well as being an experienced negotiator.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in processes, working methods, and organizational structure.
  • Supporting managers and management teams in both operational and strategic matters.
  • Taking initiative, driving issues independently, and working towards clear and measurable results.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident in their profession and in themselves. You have a genuinely positive view of people and meet both managers and employees with respect and curiosity. You are brave enough to have difficult conversations when needed and communicative enough to do so in a receptive and constructive manner. You are action-oriented, curious, and driven by contributing to development – both for the business and for the people within it.

The role requires several years of experience in a similar role or an HR manager role, and it is highly advantageous if you have experience in a similar industry with many scheduled roles. Furthermore, we see that:

  • You have an academic degree in personnel, behavioral science, or equivalent.
  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
  • You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and experience.

We Offer You

PostNord TPL offers you work in a dynamic and change-oriented environment at one of Sweden's largest workplaces. We have good pension conditions, wellness benefits, and employee perks through PostNord's own employee foundation, PostNordPlus, and there are good development opportunities.

We Deliver

We are responsible, brave, and engaged, and we lead effective change whether we are leading ourselves or others. We encourage teamwork, honesty, and positive relationships in the workplace. We build on our successes and learn from both colleagues and mistakes. People from diverse backgrounds work with us. Therefore, you will be part of a workplace with great diversity, which contributes to better results for the business.
