Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a background as a backend developer who thrives in environments with high demands for quality, performance, and delivery. You have experience working in teams, are curious about new technology, AI, and want to continue developing in your role.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Practical experience using AI tools in development work and a perspective where AI is increasingly utilized in the developer role.
• You have several years of experience in backend development in .NET and are confident in your technical role
• Experience building and maintaining high-performance transactional systems
• Familiarity with systems where stability, performance, and scalability are crucial
• Good understanding of API design and backend architecture
• Experience with modern development environments
• Experience with Git/GitHub and agile working methods.

Preferred:

• Experience in frontend development, especially React and/or Next.js
• Experience with packaged deliveries or product-related development
• Previous work in consulting and client projects
• Experience with CI/CD is a plus.

You are curious, driven, and have a business-minded approach – with the ability to understand how technical solutions create value for the client.

What does the role entail?

As a Backend Developer at Partnersense, you will be an important part of the backend team and work on projects together with frontend developers, architects, and client representatives. The role is technically deep, client-facing, and involves participating in the entire delivery chain – from requirements and design to implementation, testing, and production. You will work in sprints, actively contribute code and solution proposals, and help drive quality and technical development forward.

Tasks may include:

• Development of backend systems, APIs, and services in .NET
• Design and implementation of scalable and stable solutions
• Active participation in sprint planning, code reviews, and demos
• Collaboration with frontend, architects, and clients in project form
• Contributing to the improvement of code, processes, and working methods

• Participating in client meetings and presentations of technical solutions.
