About the Position

We are looking for a Requirements Leader who wants to help develop effective working methods for system development in complex system-of-systems environments. You will be part of a team that supports large industrial projects with tools, methods, and structure for requirements, verification, and system integration. In this role, you will work both broadly and practically to create effective flows and clear processes that make it easier for development teams to work traceably and quality-driven.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and further develop the work with requirements management in larger industrial projects

  • Identify and drive improvements in development processes
  • Plan, configure, and further develop tool support for requirements management
  • Support and educate development teams in working methods and tool usage
  • Integrate requirements and verification into CI/CD flows to ensure traceability and quality throughout the development chain
Your Competence

We are looking for someone with experience in product development and requirements management in complex systems, preferably within the industry or defense sector. We would like you to have a good understanding of system development standards such as ISO 12207 or ISO 15288 and be familiar with tools like DOORS, DOORS Next, or Polarion.

It is an advantage if you have experience integrating requirements and verification into CI/CD flows as well as knowledge in MBSE. Certification in requirements management, such as REQB or INCOSE ASEP/CSEP, is considered a merit.

As a person, you are unpretentious, structured, and collaborative. You have a knack for creating understanding, sharing knowledge, and thrive in an environment where technology and business meet.
