• Have relevant education and background. We are looking for both recent graduates from university/college and those with several years of experience in the industry. Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar) are advantageous but not required.
• Have good collaboration skills. You enjoy working in teams and supporting colleagues, but also have the ability to work independently and make critical decisions during incidents.
• Be analytical and solution-oriented. You can quickly adapt to new threats and see opportunities to improve security rather than obstacles in a changing technical environment.
• Be a good communicator. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, as the ability to explain technical risks to different parts of the organization is a central part of the job.
• Have security as a focus. You have a proactive approach, high integrity, and a passion for protecting information and infrastructure.

Examples of job responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysis: Proactively monitor systems and networks to detect anomalies and analyze potential security threats.
• Risk analysis and vulnerability management: Conduct regular risk analyses, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests, and propose measures accordingly.
• Incident management: Act quickly during security incidents, lead the investigation, and ensure recovery of affected services.
• Documentation and Compliance: Establish security policies and ensure compliance with laws and standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001).
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with developers, operations technicians, and management to integrate security into all parts of the organization (DevSecOps).
