• Have a broad technical background. We are looking for both those who are at the beginning of their careers and those who have several years of experience in IT operations and support. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux environments, and networks is an advantage.
• Have good collaboration skills. You enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge with colleagues, but you also have the ability to independently drive technical issues to resolution when the situation requires it.
• Are service-minded and solution-oriented. You can quickly adapt to new systems and see opportunities to help the business move forward instead of seeing obstacles in technical challenges.
• Are a pedagogical communicator. You are fluent in Swedish and English, as the ability to explain technical problems to users and stakeholders in a simple way is a central part of the job.
• Have the user in focus. You have a positive attitude, a high sense of service, and are passionate about delivering a stable and functioning IT environment.

Examples of tasks

• Operations and maintenance: Responsible for daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, networks, and client platforms.
• Advanced troubleshooting: Perform qualified problem-solving (2nd/3rd line) of hardware, software, and applications.
• System management: Installation, configuration, and upgrading of systems as well as administration of user accounts and permissions (e.g., in Active Directory/Entra ID).
• Documentation: Ongoing documentation of the IT environment and creation of guides in the ticketing system to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Collaboration & Projects: Participate in technical projects, migrations, and work closely with both suppliers and internal departments to develop the IT environment.
