System Developer & IT Manager

Systems, Integrations & IT Environment | Full-time | Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced and unpretentious System Developer & IT Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our systems, integrations, and IT environment. This is a broad and hands-on role for someone who enjoys switching between system development, integrations, and practical IT operations.

You will work closely with the business and play a key role in ensuring that our technical solutions are stable, secure, and effective in everyday life. With us, you will have great trust and the opportunity to influence both technology choices and future development.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for both the development and operation of our systems and act as an internal technical advisor. You are the one who sees the whole picture, from code and APIs to user support and IT security.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of internal systems and integrations
  • Work with business systems such as Quinyx, Hailey HR, and Hogia
  • Build and manage integrations via REST and SOAP APIs
  • Further develop and modernize web platforms
  • Current website in WordPress
  • Eventually migrating to e.g. React
  • Work with a journal system built in PHP
  • Be responsible for the IT environment and user support:
  • Computers, monitors, networks, and internet
  • Microsoft 365, email, accounts, and permissions
  • Firewalls, antivirus, and basic IT security
  • Provide technical support to employees and act as an internal technical advisor

We would like you to have

  • 5 years of experience in system development and/or as an IT manager
  • Good experience with:
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • React or similar frontend frameworks
  • WordPress, HTML, and CSS
  • .NET / C#
  • Experience with system integrations via REST and SOAP
  • Good understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and IT operations in small or medium-sized organizations
