Driven Requirements Analyst Wanted at Kammarkollegiet
Are you a driven requirements analyst looking to help us streamline procurements from government framework agreements? If you have experience in requirements analysis within IT, we can offer you an exciting position for the coming year, where you will help shape our new digital procurement service.
One of Kammarkollegiet's missions is to be responsible for government procurement coordination. Within Kammarkollegiet, the State Procurement Agency is responsible for implementation. This involves procurement and management of coordinated framework agreements intended for other government authorities as well as municipalities and regions in the area of IT and telecommunications. We currently procure and manage about 2800 framework agreements across more than 48 contract areas with 830 suppliers, generating an annual turnover of approximately 17.9 billion SEK.
Currently, a project is underway to launch a digital procurement service designed to simplify procurements from government framework agreements. The aim is to make the process more efficient, automated, and digital. By the end of 2025, we have contracted a supplier who will develop the service on our behalf, and that work has now begun. Therefore, we are looking for a driven requirements analyst to strengthen our internal project team and work on the ongoing requirements analysis.
The State Procurement Agency consists of four units and a small staff. You will belong to the staff, which currently consists of four people.
Job Description
In the role of requirements analyst, you will work for one year on the requirements for our upcoming digital procurement service. As part of our internal team, you will actively and independently work on gathering new requirements and adapting existing ones. This means you will have good and continuous communication with the internal business, external stakeholders, and the service provider. You will work according to an agile methodology with follow-ups in sprints to prioritize requirements. You will hold presentations and workshops about the service and train users. All work will be done in close dialogue with the project manager, who is also part of the staff.
Are You Our New Colleague?
We are looking for someone who has:

- At least one year of current experience in requirements analysis within IT or similar work experience that Kammarkollegiet considers equivalent
- Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or equivalent
- Experience in delivering pedagogical presentations to different target groups
As a person, you have a structured approach to work, take great responsibility, and are self-sufficient in your tasks. You easily create and maintain good relationships and have strong service and collaboration skills. You take initiative and are accustomed to conveying complex information to others.
We place great importance on your personal qualities.
Kammarkollegiet strives for diversity and values the qualities it brings to the organization. We focus on competence and welcome all applicants regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, ethnic and social background, religion or belief, ability, sexual orientation, and age.
