Responsibilities

In the role of Enterprise Architect at Rexel, you will have a strategic key role in the company's digital development. Your focus will be to shape a long-term architecture strategy that provides direction, future-proofing, and scalability, supporting Rexel's business strategy. You are interested in understanding the business and are comfortable participating in discussions with the operations and management team. At the same time, it will require you to have the ability to understand details in communication with other IT architects. The role is both strategic and operational, where you switch between a helicopter perspective and validation of solutions to ensure that technical initiatives support business goals.

In your daily work, you will develop and manage architecture principles, ensure that documentation of the IT landscape is up to date, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the implementation of new systems follows a clear strategy. You act as a cohesive force between IT and the business, translating complex technical issues into business value and building trust with both specialists and decision-makers.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Relevant university degree in IT

• Solid experience in Enterprise Architecture and its frameworks

• Ability to work closely with the business and understand business processes

• Experience with agile methodologies and working in a product-oriented IT organization

• Experience with LeanIX is a plus

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
