• Have a solid technical background. We are looking for both those who have recently made the transition from senior developer to architect and those with extensive experience in complex system landscapes. Certifications (e.g., in Cloud platforms, TOGAF, or similar) are advantageous but not required.
• Have good collaboration skills. You thrive in the intersection between business and IT. You have the ability to listen to needs but also dare to make independent decisions about technical choices when the situation requires it.
• Are strategic and solution-oriented. You can quickly immerse yourself in new domains and see opportunities to create business value through smart technical solutions instead of getting stuck on obstacles.
• Are a good communicator. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, as the ability to explain complex technical concepts pedagogically to both management groups and developers is a central part of the job.
• Have a holistic focus. You have a pragmatic approach and are passionate about creating long-term sustainable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Examples of tasks

• Solution design: Develop and be responsible for architectural drawings and solution proposals based on the business's requirements and needs.
• Technical choices: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and tools to future-proof the IT environment.
• Requirements analysis: Transform business requirements into concrete technical specifications and ensure that the solution is feasible.
• Documentation: Establish and maintain architectural documentation (e.g., system maps and integration descriptions) to ensure structure and traceability.
• Collaboration & Governance: Act as technical support and mentor to development teams and ensure that architectural principles and best practices are followed.
