We are looking for a senior management leader who takes overall responsibility for the management and further development of a management process related to a business-critical on-premises data warehouse. The environment is based on SQL Server with Cognos Analytics as the analysis layer, and the data warehouse is also used in other operational processes and integrations with high demands on stability and delivery.

You will lead a small team and collaborate closely with both the data function and the business, especially during incidents and improvement work. An important part of the assignment is to lead a task force focused on identifying and addressing performance challenges to ensure stable and predictable delivery.

• Lead and develop the management work for an on-premises data warehouse and associated processes
• Coordinate and prioritize the team's work while ensuring structure, progress, and clear communication
• Collaborate with the business in connection with incidents, deviations, and improvement measures
• Lead a task force to analyze performance issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement measures
• Ensure stability in the environment that supports business-critical processes and integrations

• Experience working in data/analytics, for example as a management leader in data warehouses
• Senior profile with the ability to work systematically and drive issues independently
• Experience leading a small group or team
• Excellent communication skills and accustomed to collaborating with both IT and business
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in performance and stability work in business-critical data warehouses/BI environments
• Experience in environments with SQL Server and Cognos Analytics
