In the role of software developer, you will work with the company's proprietary command and control system (CCIS) for senior management within defense operations. The systems are used for planning, execution, and follow-up of complex operations and exercises, where high demands are placed on reliability, logic, and performance.

You will be part of a team of 5-6 developers, and the role has a clear full-stack character. The work includes both new development and further development of the existing codebase, where you will gradually familiarize yourself with a technically advanced system with a long lifespan. Development takes place in close collaboration with product managers, systems engineers, and integrators, with daily check-ins and a structured working method.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in software development within complex systems

• Good knowledge of Java

• Technical education as a master's engineer or bachelor's engineer in fields such as computer engineering, technical physics, or equivalent

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Swedish citizenship

Experience with other programming languages such as C++ and working in technically advanced environments with high demands for logic, mathematical reasoning, and system understanding is also meritorious. Experience with JavaScript and front-end development, as well as working in Linux environments, is also valuable.
