BTR Group is growing and is now looking for a structured and service-oriented HR Assistant who wants to work operationally with HR services and EOR (Employer of Record).

About the role

As an HR Assistant at BTR Group, you are an important support in the daily HR work. You work closely with the HR team and are responsible for administrative and coordinating tasks related to both clients and consultants, nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

• Working with HR administration related to EOR services
• Managing work permits and related documentation
• Creating and publishing job advertisements
• Preparation work for payroll (collecting and quality assuring data)
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Drafting and updating employment contracts, policies, and personnel documents
• Being the contact person for HR-related questions from consultants and clients

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in HR administration (preferably with EOR or international HR)
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is service-oriented and enjoys a supportive and coordinating role
