About the Position

Skandiabanken is a subsidiary of the insurance company Skandia. The bank's customer service is located in bright, fresh premises in central Linköping. In this role, you will primarily work by answering incoming calls from Skandiabanken's customers who need guidance on various matters related to personal finance. As an officer, you will work towards set goals such as providing the best possible service by informing and answering customer questions, where Skandiabanken's other products and services are also offered - all based on what might suit each customer best! The job involves continuously working towards individual and team-based goals where service, availability, and sales are measured and followed up.

We are looking for you who

• Has previous experience in a customer-facing job where you are used to providing good service
• Has an interest in finance
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience in the financial industry
• Academic education in finance

Start date: As soon as possible

Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00
