ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to signed agreements and ongoing customer care. You will work closely with the support and delivery teams to ensure top-notch service for your customers.

A large part of the role involves handling incoming leads, inquiries, and expressions of interest where you assist customers in closing deals. Occasionally, you will also reach out to new customers through outbound calls. As an Account Manager, you take ownership of your customers and help them achieve increased profitability and a simpler everyday life.

You will enter an exciting growth phase with many opportunities for you as an Account Manager to influence both your own and the company's development. Here, you will encounter a supportive and positive work environment with close coaching from experienced colleagues and opportunities for skill development in both sales and product knowledge.

WHO ARE YOU?

To succeed and thrive in the role of Account Manager, we see that you:

  • Have at least 1 year of work experience in proactive sales and enjoy the challenge of finding the right solution for each customer.
  • Are persistent, determined, and see setbacks as opportunities.
  • Are down-to-earth and responsible – you arrive at work on time, do your best every day, take responsibility for your work, and keep the systems organized.
  • Are comfortable with change and enjoy quick shifts in an agile and dynamic environment.
  • Have fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit, but not a requirement, if you also have a background in the restaurant industry, where you have gained an understanding of customers' everyday lives and needs. A post-secondary education in sales/economics is also a merit.

Location: You will be based at Onslip's office at Kungsgatan 20 in Linköping with flexibility for remote work.

Working hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
