Junior IT Technician – Kickstart Your IT Career in a Team with Freedom Under Responsibility!

Are you at the beginning of your IT career and want to develop in a broad and operational role? We are looking for a curious and service-oriented Junior IT Technician who wants to work in an unpretentious team where freedom under responsibility is a given.

About the Role

As a Junior IT Technician with us, you will become an important part of the organization. You will start by supporting our users within the group while learning our systems, working methods, and processes. Over time, you will grow into the role and take on more technical responsibilities – perfect for you who want to develop broadly within IT. You will belong to a team of IT technicians, reporting to the IT manager.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Provide user support via remote access, email, and phone, and manage cases in the ticketing system.
Support users in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripherals.
Be responsible for purchasing IT equipment and participate in the setup or changes of offices (infrastructure/broadband).
Contribute to improvement work regarding routines, documentation, and IT security.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who enjoys a role where you help others. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and like to learn new things.

You have:

1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or equivalent.
Good experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
The ability to troubleshoot independently and take responsibility for your tasks.

It is a plus if you have:

Basic networking knowledge.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Entra ID.
Interest in PowerShell, automation, or scripting.
