You will work in a team with experienced occupational nurses, company doctors, behavioral scientists, physiotherapists, and administrators. The team works in a humble and solution-focused manner. We are characterized by a strong customer and patient focus and have a close connection between decision and action.

We have a well-regarded concept within occupational health, and by signing an agreement with us, companies gain access to a comprehensive range of services in occupational health, work environment, and health, as well as the option to add access to private healthcare for their employees. We have a high demand for our comprehensive concept, high customer satisfaction, and work both promotively, preventively, and rehabilitatively at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

We have a broad customer spectrum with both small and larger companies in both the production and service sectors. Our customers are predominantly in the private sector.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

Occupational medicine and rehabilitation: You support both managers and employees in matters related to work-related ill health, rehabilitation, and work ability assessments. You also perform and issue certificates from medical examinations, according to applicable legislation. Advisory: As a company doctor, you act as a medical expert and provide advice related to health, work environment, and rehabilitation. Substance use/addiction: As a company doctor, you also play a role in managing alcohol and drug-related cases.

The position is 100% but can be adjusted by agreement.
