The physiotherapy department is an independent clinic with approximately 45 employees at Örebro University Hospital, including physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and administrators. We are responsible for physiotherapy and training efforts in 14 of the hospital's clinics. In addition to physiotherapy/training in wards, we have extensive outpatient services, conduct individual and group training in training rooms, as well as in the pool. We have a good cohesion where we help each other and learn from one another.

We are now looking for a substitute starting preferably in February and lasting until the end of August, with placement in cardiology and surgery. You will have the opportunity to try different areas within physiotherapy with the support of colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

The work as a physiotherapist involves working on a ward where you are part of the team around the patient with tasks such as specific rehabilitation, testing of aids, mobilization, and respiratory care. In outpatient care, functional tests, group training, and lifestyle counseling are conducted. The position will also eventually include on-call work approximately every 10th Saturday.

You will belong to a section with 8-10 colleagues who provide each other with collegial support. We actively work to ensure that our employees have the right and good competence for the work they perform.

Qualifications

Licensed physiotherapist. You are structured and have good collaboration skills.
