Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include telephone counseling, outpatient work with your own patients/own clinic. It also includes medication management and prescribing certain medications and aids, involving significant personal responsibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with others.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse. You are independent, structured, with extensive experience and feel confident in your professional role, as well as having good communication skills and ease in collaborating. You have a genuine interest in patient care and want to work for the development of the organization, the work group, and your own personal growth. Diabetes and/or asthma/COPD further education and a specialist nurse degree with a focus on district nursing are advantageous.

You easily create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the organization's development and change projects is seen as a natural part of your work. The primary care's health-promoting mission is a central part of the organization, which is why an interest in lifestyle issues is advantageous.
