Lillåns health center has about 11,000 listed patients and belongs to the Örebro-west operational area. We are a well-functioning workplace with about 55 employees, including 6 general practitioners and 7 resident doctors as well as several interns. We have a good atmosphere and great commitment to developing our operations, where our work environment and patients are the focus. We are the health center of the future - a health center that evolves to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities! At Lillåns health center, we feel a sense of belonging and social community, and every employee is important in our work group. The health center is well-equipped and has a psychosocial team with counselors, psychologists, and rehabilitation coordinators available to support in sick leave matters. Diabetes nurses and asthma/COPD nurses run their own clinics, as do physiotherapists, district nurses, general nurses, and nursing assistants. Child health care and maternity care function well. The health center is responsible for medical resources in a special housing/elderly care facility with 80 places, and for home care’s approximately 70 registered patients.

Job Responsibilities

The assignment involves regular outpatient work as a specialist in general medicine with responsibility for listed patients. Side assignments such as special housing, home care, child health care, maternity care, and medical resources in the psychosocial team are distributed among the medical group with the possibility of exchange.
