Your role at Xeamit

As a business systems consultant at Xeamit, you work both strategically and operationally, close to the customer to understand their business and needs. You often work in customer projects together with colleagues from Xeamit.

In the role of Business Systems Consultant, you will:

• Customize and configure IFS according to the customer's needs
• Work with management, improvement work, and implementations
• Engage in assignments that require both system competence and responsiveness – often from early feasibility studies to operations
• Lead workshops, design solutions, and ensure they hold throughout

Examples of current assignments:

• An upgrade from IFS 9 to IFS Cloud for a technology-driven customer with high demands for precision and stability
• A feasibility study and workshop series for an energy company preparing for an upgrade
• The initiation of a new implementation for a global manufacturing company operating in over 20 countries

We like to be involved early in the process and follow the customer's journey all the way – from strategy, feasibility study to implementation, development, and management.

About you

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in business systems who thrives in a consulting role. You have several years of experience working with IFS – perhaps as an application consultant, solution architect, business systems specialist, or developer – and you are used to taking an active role in customer dialogues and taking responsibility for the whole. Other interesting and relevant backgrounds include system knowledge in SAP, Infor, Dynamics, or Jeeves.

As a person, you are engaged, driven, and have a strong interest in technology and business. You are a solution-oriented doer who thrives in a consultative role close to the customer, and you are motivated by finding concrete solutions that truly make a difference. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite.

Extra plus if you have experience with integrations, SQL and database connections, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
