About the position

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an hourly basis for a cheerful 9-year-old girl with brain damage and developmental delay, residing in Älta. The girl enjoys swimming in the pool, playing, exploring her surroundings, and taking walks outdoors.

The position is suitable for you who want to work extra as needed, with the possibility of a permanent position in the long term.

The girl's relatives prefer female applicants.

Responsibilities – Assistance with personal hygiene – Help with dressing and undressing – Support during meals – Transfers where lifting may occur, which means you should be physically strong – Play and activities adapted to the girl's needs and interests

Working hours

Weekdays 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Weekends 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

About you

We believe that you who are applying are a warm, responsible, and committed person who enjoys working with children. You are attentive, solution-focused, proactive, and flexible. If you still have a childlike spirit and a tendency to play and laugh, we see that as a great plus.

Desirable qualifications:

• Education in child care or pedagogy

Requirements:

• Swimmer and tolerant of chlorine

• Flexible to work as needed on weekdays and weekends

• Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support.

Scope: 1 substitute as needed with a permanent position in the long term

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements
