Today, we hold a leading position in offering emergency and foster home placements to several municipalities and hope that you want to be part of a continued good collaboration with our clients.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience working as a youth counselor within the public or private sector. You are comfortable expressing yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You are a secure, mature, and stable person with patience and understanding that all change processes take time. You have a good ability to build relationships with young people and be flexible regarding meetings and locations. You are accustomed to documenting what is important for the youth and following the care plan. You are structured and clear.

Your tasks will include

- Meetings and conversations with youth placed in emergency and foster homes within and outside the Stockholm area.

- Close collaboration with the responsible foster home consultant and participation in meetings with social services.

It is a requirement that you have knowledge/training in any of the following: CBT, TMO, KSL, addiction treatment, and also familiarity with various NPF diagnoses. It is further meritorious if you have experience working with youth at risk or with psychosocial issues.

Requirements

- Two years of post-secondary education with a focus on treatment pedagogy or social pedagogy or other education assessed by us as equivalent.

- A valid driver's license (B) is required.
