We are looking for someone who wants to be trained as a substitute already now and who wants to work in the spring and summer when regular assistants are on vacation. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening (approx. 9:00/10:00 AM - 8:00/9:00 PM), Monday to Sunday. There are no overnight or night shifts included in the schedule.

The workplace is with a "great guy" aged 65+ who lives in a spacious and pleasant apartment in Blackeberg. He had a stroke a few years ago and now struggles every day with training and rehab to maintain his mobility and strengthen himself as much as possible.

The assistance focuses heavily on rehabilitation, wellness, and health from a salutogenic perspective - we focus on what is healthy rather than what is sick. It is therefore important that you share the same fundamental outlook. This is so that together we can effectively help the man increase his independence in daily life.

We are a small and tight-knit team with good cohesion and high work morale. We support each other and have a good collaboration. Here, there is flexibility, care, and humor.

We want you to be a person with great commitment, a sense of responsibility, and drive. We hope you enjoy encouraging people towards positive change and that you can see the importance of providing “help for self-help”. We wish for you to be a cheerful person with a sense of humor. However, the most important thing in the end is that you have the willingness to learn and a positive outlook on life, as well as good chemistry between you and the man.
