Do you want to make a difference in people's lives while contributing to the development of social services' work with housing issues? Then this might be the job for you!

We are now looking for a driven, engaged, and curious housing consultant who wants to help develop our operations and work towards sustainable housing solutions for our users.

At the reception, there are proud and skilled employees with many years of experience in the field. We are a flexible unit that cares about helping each other to achieve our goals. We offer you a positive work environment based on good social support between unit managers, team leaders, and employees. The unit uses continuous supervision and feedback to develop in professional roles and to advance the operations.

The reception consists of a common reception, divided into child and youth orientation and adult orientation, a social housing team, and a team dealing with violence in close relationships. The unit has three team leaders who provide close and coaching leadership and a unit manager responsible for operations, staff, and budget. The unit consists of a total of 25 employees.

As a housing consultant with us, you will work with both authority exercise and make decisions about assistance for housing solutions and follow-up work in our apartments. The team also works with preventive and outreach efforts to combat homelessness and offers information and advice to individuals regarding housing issues.

We work in a collaborative organization, and you will closely collaborate with social workers from other units as well as with external actors such as landlords, authorities, and partners.

We are looking for someone who is a social worker or has another equivalent academic education that the employer assesses as equivalent and who is driven, forward-thinking, and curious with a genuine interest in social work, particularly regarding housing issues. Furthermore, we want you to enjoy working both independently and in a team. You need to be structured, responsible, and solution-focused, with a good ability to be flexible and reprioritize when the work requires it.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

We offer you a pleasant work group that has a motivating approach and is driven by a strong commitment. We also offer you a creative workplace that values collaboration, professionalism, and development work. We provide supervision and training in the field. We offer benefits such as a wellness subsidy of 3,000 SEK and the opportunity to convert vacation pay into extra days off. There is also the possibility to work from home when the operations allow it.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement after selection and interviews, as well as an assessment of personal suitability.
