We are looking for someone who wants to work with a fun and lovely 7-year-old boy who enjoys play, social interaction, and creative activities. The boy needs a safe and present adult who can support him in his daily life and help him develop based on his own conditions.

Do you have experience and knowledge of autism, challenging behavior, intellectual disabilities, and low-arousal approaches?

We are seeking someone who is attentive, solution-oriented, and pedagogical, and who can create a calm and clear structure. Our client needs continuous attention and support, which makes your ability to stay one step ahead and work preventively especially important.

You need to have a good understanding of different behaviors and a creative ability to find solutions based on the child's unique needs. We value a curious and open approach, where you adapt your methods to create safety and development.

Examples of tasks:

• Participate in playful, social, and creative activities with the boy.

• Create structure and clear routines in daily life.

• Provide support in communication and social interaction.
• 
  
• Facilitate social exposure in various environments.
• 
  
• Support during meetings with new people and new situations.

• Work in a low-arousal manner and preventively to reduce stress and challenging behavior.
