About the Role

As a foster care consultant at Acceptio, you have a key role. You are the one that foster homes trust, social services respect, and children notice is there.

You work independently but never alone. You are part of an experienced team where supervision, reflection, and quality are not just nice words but everyday reality. Here, there is room to do a good job for real, without being overwhelmed by unreasonable case loads.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervision, and follow-up of foster homes

• Close collaboration with social services and other stakeholders

• Follow-up of care and implementation plans

• Documentation and qualitative reporting

• Participation in matching, follow-up meetings, and network work

• Recruitment and investigation of foster homes according to BRA fam

• Actively contribute to Acceptio's continued quality and business development

Who are we looking for?

• You are a social worker or have another relevant higher education

• You have experience in foster care, social services, or equivalent qualified social work

• You are confident, straightforward, and relationship-building

• You have structure in your backbone but heart in your work

• You can speak up when needed and support when required

• You express yourself well in speech and writing

• You have a B driver's license

Meritorious

• Experience as a foster care consultant

• Methodological competence in BBIC, MI, low-arousal approach, systems theory, or family work

• Experience working with NPF, trauma, school absenteeism, or complex issues
