One of our assistants will be on leave, and we are looking for someone who wants to work with Anna during her absence. Anna is 33 years old, lives in Enskede, and needs support with most aspects of her daily life, especially with organizing her environment and communicating with those around her. She requires calmness and predictability to feel good and to avoid 'stopping' in what she does.

Anna enjoys nature. She is used to taking long walks both in the forest and in the surrounding area of Enskede. She also enjoys various types of creative activities, such as painting. A few days a week, she walks with her assistant to her studio, where the assistants help create a stimulating and creative environment for her. About once a week, there is a longer hike on a hiking trail or with a hiking club in Stockholm.

The assistants work on a fixed schedule, with 12-hour shifts or full-day shifts with sleeping duty. The entire team meets regularly for staff meetings and supervision.

We are looking for someone who is positive, secure, curious, and respectful of people's differences. You are caring, patient, and interested in finding approaches that work in dialogue with colleagues and others around Anna.

If you are interested in nature and the environment, enjoy being outdoors, gardening, music, crafts, or other artistic activities, we will be particularly interested. A driver's license is an advantage.

We prefer you to be a woman, non-smoker, and not allergic to pets.

You will be employed by Balans, which means you will always receive support in your role. In addition to good introduction, training, and further education, you will also receive personal supervision to ensure your service is always tailored to Anna's needs.

Scope: fixed schedule of 50-70% (depending on preferences)
