Deltagruppen offers qualitative interventions to children, youth, and their families. We have no external profit interests or owners and work with the child's perspective at the center. Our interventions are characterized by quality, flexibility, and a professional approach.
We offer, among other things, family therapy at home, intensive investigations, care investigations, training apartments for youth, specially qualified contact persons, visitation support, HVB, special interventions, emergency and foster homes, as well as family counseling.

About the Family Therapy Unit
The Family Therapy Unit offers social services qualified, experienced, and flexible support in complex cases involving children and families. Work takes place both in the families' homes and in our premises.
Deltagruppen is in an exciting phase of development where we are growing and receiving more assignments. We have framework agreements with all districts in Stockholm City as well as several surrounding municipalities in the county. Job Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a family therapist for a position of 75–100%, where evening and weekend work is included based on the needs of the business.
As a family therapist, you will be part of a team with several colleagues, and it is common for us to work with two therapists on the same case. You will plan, implement, and document interventions based on assignments from social services.
You will work with families in need of support in complex life situations, such as:
- difficult separation conflicts
- violence in close relationships
- honor-related violence and oppression
- parents with NPF
- families with children/youth who are home sitters
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a social worker, behavioral scientist, psychologist or equivalent and has basic psychotherapy training (Step 1).
Step 1 is a requirement.
It is meritorious if you have training/experience in:
- KIBB
- Signs of Safety
- FREDA
- PYC
- Ester
- FFT
- IOF
You need to have:
- good knowledge of current legislation
- knowledge of the BBIC structure
- several years of experience working with families with complex issues
Experience in:
- social services and/or HVB
- home sitters
- structured outpatient care
is also meritorious. You express yourself well in both speech and writing and have a good ability to document clearly and professionally. As a person, we see that you are self-driven, persistent, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. You have the ability to structure and plan your work in collaboration with colleagues and with the support of management.
A driver's license is a requirement.
