We are now looking for a personal assistant for a wonderful and cheerful boy!

Who am I?

I am a happy, curious, and active boy almost 8 years old who lives with my parents and little sister in Nacka. I enjoy listening to music and love swimming, and I regularly go to the swimming pool. I like to take walks in the area and may need some physical support with stairs, hills, etc. During walks, I find it exciting to explore the surroundings. Balancing is fun, and going down slides is great. When I get tired, it can be nice if you can push me in a stroller or wheelchair so I can still get outside.

I lack spoken language but try to show what I want with signs and my body. With the right person by my side, we can have a lot of fun together!

What do I need help with?

I need support in understanding and interpreting the world around me to avoid injuries. It is important that you are calm, quick-thinking, and perceptive to help me in the best way possible. You need to assist me in all meal situations, diaper changes, and other personal hygiene. It is also important that you have a watchful eye, a calm heart, and patience so that you learn to understand my needs and wait for me in our communication.

I am now looking for an additional assistant to complement my already fantastic team.

During the day, I go to school, so my need for help is in the afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Who are you?

You are warm, engaged, and have a good sense of humor. You enjoy working with children and ideally have kept your inner child. You are resourceful, lively, and confident - not afraid to take responsibility. You need to be comfortable and able to invite me to play and interaction. Experience in similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is your personality.

Since I regularly go to the swimming pool, you must be a good swimmer and hopefully love water as much as I do!

On weekends, my family and I like to be at our summer house in Värmdö, and you can take the bus there but be prepared for a longer journey.

Requirements:

You must speak fluent Swedish, as communication is important.

Working hours

The working hours are distributed between 4 PM - 9 PM on weekdays. During school holidays and weekends, shifts are from 9 AM - 9 PM.

About the position:

Approximately 130-150 hours/month. Start as soon as possible.
