About the position

We are currently looking for dedicated relief workers and companions for clients in the areas of Sollentuna, Stockholm, Lidingö, Tyresö, and Nacka.

Relief service usually refers to relief in the home, i.e., a person temporarily takes over care from relatives or other close ones. The starting point for the service is the individual’s home (LSS description).

Companion service means that a person with a disability receives support from a companion to get out into society, engage in activities, and break/counter isolation.

For job tasks, the collective agreement for the healthcare and treatment industry and care services (E) between Vårdföretagarna and Kommunal applies.

What we are looking for in you:

• You have an interest in working with people in need of support

• You have a flexible and creative mindset

• You have the ability to see opportunities and are pedagogical

• You master Swedish in speech and writing

• You can work during the day, evenings, and weekends

• Experience as a relief worker or companion is an advantage

We also place great importance on personal suitability.

Criminal record extract

Upon employment, we will request a criminal record extract before you can start working. You will order the extract yourself from the Police.

Working hours: part-time (2-10 hours/week) mainly evenings and weekends, but daytime work also occurs.

Start date: By agreement
