Support Assistants for Daily Activities According to LSS

Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives? We are now looking for dedicated and trained support assistants for our daily activities according to LSS.

The daily activities are aimed at people with disabilities and aim to create a meaningful, structured, and safe everyday life. The work is based on each individual's needs, resources, and goals, with a focus on participation and independence.

Job Responsibilities

As a support assistant, you will work closely with participants in their daily activities and provide individually tailored support. The work requires commitment, presence, and responsibility, but also offers the opportunity to follow the participants' development over time and contribute to a meaningful and functioning everyday life.

Job responsibilities include, among others:

  • Support in tasks and activities in daily activities
  • Educational and motivating support based on individual needs
  • Documentation according to applicable legislation and the organization's routines
  • Collaboration with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals

Qualifications

  • Trained nurse or have other relevant education in care and support
  • Knowledge of and preferably experience working according to LSS, especially in daily activities
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

About the Employment

The positions are full-time, and there is the possibility of both permanent employment and monthly substitutes.

Selection may take place on an ongoing basis, and we reserve the right to make changes in decisions that may require the positions to be utilized.

Probationary employment may occur.
