Your Responsibilities

In the role of order receiver/customer service representative for our client Spendrups, you will answer incoming calls from business customers regarding order management, orders, and information about campaigns, etc. The role will also include outgoing sales calls, and here you have the opportunity to develop both administratively and in service and sales. The customers are mainly in the restaurant industry.

Your Profile

For this position, we primarily target students, or those with another main occupation who want to work extra. As a student, you are considered to be enrolled and registered at a university, college, or adult education center (Komvux). A registration certificate is required for potential employment.

We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and loves to provide effective and excellent service. As a person, you are a team player and have a very good ability to collaborate and communicate with others.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer service and be service-oriented with good habits in handling contacts via phone and email.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite.
• Preferably experience in; Grocery retail, Restaurant, or working with Systembolaget.

Additional Information

• Location: Stockholm, St Eriksgatan 119.
• Availability: 1-2 times a week focusing on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
• Working hours: 08:00-17:00, weekdays without weekends.
• Salary: according to agreement.
