We are now looking for an optical assistant/salesperson with or without experience who wants to be part of our family store and grow with us.

The role of an optical assistant with us involves:

· Welcoming customers, explaining why it is important to have an eye examination, and detailing our concept and offers

· Helping customers find the right frame, lenses, and/or contact lenses based on their needs

· Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile on their face - and hopefully return to see us again

· Assisting in clinical tasks

· Being an important part of the customer's overall experience

· Collaborating with your team for an efficient flow of daily tasks in the store

Who we are looking for

· A positive, driven, goal-oriented, and outgoing person with a genuine interest in customer service

· Possibly has a few years of work experience in retail
