Job Circular: Tour Guide (Hourly / Contract Basis)

SKS Tours is hiring enthusiastic, professional Tour Guides to support our guiding operations and deliver memorable experiences for international guests.

Compensation

• SEK 250 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, guide, and assist guests throughout the tour experience
• Deliver engaging commentary and provide accurate local insights
• Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional presence with guests at all times
• Coordinate smoothly with boat crew/staff to ensure efficient operations
• Prioritize guest safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction
• Handle guest questions and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, service-oriented, and guest-focused attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with staff and tourists
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in tourism, guiding, or hospitality is an advantage (not required)
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
