Job Description:

As a cash leader for the cash register and information, one of your most important tasks is to motivate and inspire the employees in your department and make BAUHAUS a pleasant and developing workplace. You are responsible for ensuring that decisions made are implemented in the department. Our goal is to have the best customer service in the industry. Therefore, you should have a well-developed understanding of people, a vibrant engagement, and a keen business sense. You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys and is good at working with people and is very service- and customer-oriented. We appreciate if you are a solution-oriented person who always tries to maintain a positive attitude towards your surroundings.

If you are the one we are looking for, you are responsible and have a serious approach to your work. You can maintain an overview even under heavy workload. Previous leadership experience and visions for both yourself and your workplace are desirable. A driving license at least AM is a requirement. Additionally, you should be outgoing, independent, flexible, and goal-oriented. We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. It is a plus if you are practically inclined with industry experience and/or have been a craftsman, but this is not a requirement.

You need to be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form and English in spoken form. In this recruitment, we will request an extract from the criminal record.
