ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Sales Executive at Turnpikes, you will drive growth in Sweden and Finland by selling complex software solutions and professional services to large enterprises and the public sector. You will be a key player in building long-term customer relationships, managing existing clients, and developing new ones while identifying business opportunities. The role focuses on solution selling and understanding the customer's unique challenges to deliver added value.
In your daily work, you will meet decision-makers and present tailored solutions that address their specific challenges alongside Turnpikes' expert consultants and marketing team. You thrive on selling complex services and products while navigating large clients. You will also be responsible for nurturing and developing your existing customer portfolio, where you will skillfully identify opportunities for upselling and long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
As a Sales Executive, you will step into a dynamic environment where your main focus is to drive growth and create real value for their customers, primarily at the Enterprise level. You are the face of their brand and responsible for the entire sales cycle – from identifying new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and strategic relationship-building collaborations, to closing deals. Additionally, you will represent Turnpikes at events, conferences, and industry meetings, and be involved in workshops and other customer activities.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, customer activities, and networking.
- Coordinate and present tailored product and solution presentations with expert support.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and solution consultants, for a smooth customer journey.
- Follow up on your sales pipeline and performance in the CRM system to achieve your goals.
- Represent Turnpikes at events, conferences, and industry meetings.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
Has excellent presentation skills, especially towards leading decision-makers and technical experts, as well as outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. We are looking for someone who is skilled at managing and nurturing multiple clients simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met. To be successful in the role at Turnpikes, it is important that you excel at building strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Have a good business understanding with insights into global business economics.
- At least 2 years of documented B2B sales experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Be willing to travel as needed.
It is a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of Finnish.
- Experience with SAP or OpenText.
- Experience in project and consulting sales.
- Experience in sales to the public sector.
