Founded in 2017 in Stockholm, the company owns 100% of the listed products, enabling efficient pricing, fast deliveries, and a superior customer experience. A Retro Tale has grown to become the leading online player in pre-owned luxury goods in the Nordics and is now aiming to become the largest in Europe within its segment. To achieve this, the company plans to continue its strong growth and expand within DTC and retail channels while implementing several digital solutions.

About the position

As a store salesperson at A Retro Tale, you are a driving force with both heart and business acumen. You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of creating a holistic experience where service, style, and storytelling go hand in hand. You thrive in the premium segment and are used to working in environments where customer interaction is at the forefront and the brand is elevated through every interaction.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers with a focus on service and quality
• Provide personal advice and create inspiring recommendations
• Be responsible for the store's visual presentation and product display
• Conduct sales with a sense of premium and care for each customer
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store and create an inspiring environment

Your background

You have a documented background in retail, preferably within the premium segment, and thrive in an environment where both sales and service are in focus.

We would like you to meet the following qualifications:

• Have experience in retail/sales, preferably within the premium or lifestyle segment
• Be service-oriented, communicative, and have a natural way of building relationships
• Thrive in an environment where quality and exclusivity are at the center
• Communicate fluently in Swedish; English is a plus

Location & start

The position is for 30 hours per week and is located in the store in central Stockholm. Start date is negotiable but preferably as soon as possible.
