Guide to Strömma Stockholm's Sightseeing Tours and Archipelago Excursions

Do you enjoy meeting people, telling stories, and creating atmosphere? Do you want a job where you are in the spotlight, spreading joy and creating memories for a lifetime? Then this is your chance!

Together with the team on board, you will create the best experience for our guests – from the first meeting at the dock to the last goodbye. You are part of a team that makes every journey memorable.

As a guide, your task is to bring the tour to life. You will share stories about Stockholm's history and present, the nature and culture of the archipelago mixed with anecdotes – always with warmth, safety, and a twinkle in your eye. You will welcome guests at the dock, ensure that each tour is something special, and bid farewell as they leave the boat.

You will receive a script as support, but you have the freedom to add your own touch and personal tone. On longer day trips, you are the host and source of knowledge, while on shorter tours, your energy and personality make the difference.

You will:

• Conduct tours in Swedish and English (other languages are a plus!)
• Create a wonderful atmosphere on board
• Collaborate with the crew and service staff
• Assist guests with questions and tips

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves meeting people
• Is comfortable taking center stage
• Is confident, positive, and has a sense of humor
• Has an interest in history, culture, and nature
• Speaks fluent Swedish and English (other languages are a plus!)

Practical info:

• Location: On board Strömma's boats
• Employment: Seasonal employment, full-time/part-time
• Period: Spring to Fall 2026
