We are currently looking for nurses for our municipal health and medical care for the period from week 23 to week 35, or by agreement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will work within special housing, short-term departments, and home healthcare. The work is varied, responsible, and offers great opportunities to utilize your entire professional breadth.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Ensuring that medical prescriptions are carried out
• Leading and distributing nursing work
• Performing planned and acute assessments and interventions
• Supervising and educating nursing staff
• Collaborating with the health center's doctors and other caregivers
• Managing medication
• Documenting in the journal system Viva

You will also work in systems such as MCSS, Pascal, LifeCare, and NPÖ. The work involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration in a team - we support each other and help out.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

You have a person-centered approach and a good attitude that permeates your work. You are confident in your professional role, work systematically based on the nursing process, and are comfortable making your own decisions.

At the same time, you value collaboration and see teamwork as a prerequisite for good and safe care. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and do not hesitate to ask for support when needed.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Further education in District, Geriatrics, or Dementia
• Experience in municipal health and medical care
• Experience in palliative care
• Previous work experience as a nurse
