The Audiological Clinic in Örebro is seeking a specialist physician in hearing and balance disorders. If you are an audiologist, you are welcome to apply for the position of specialist physician with us. We are an audiological clinic with high ambitions. Currently, we have four physician positions available, and for the right person, there are excellent development opportunities and good prospects for independent research.

The Audiological Clinic is one of the largest university clinics in the country, with operations in Örebro, Karlskoga, and Lindesberg. We have about 65 employees who contribute to a good working climate and have close collaboration between different professional categories. We apply integrated hearing care, which means that we have most of the professional categories involved in hearing care. We have a close collaboration with the Audiological Research Center, where we are involved in patient-oriented research.

Specialist Physician for the Audiological ClinicJob Responsibilities

You will work in the field of hearing and balance, and your duties will include investigation, diagnostics, treatment, and re-/habilitation of both children and adults. You are expected to be active and contribute to the clinic's development with your expertise. We also see that you enjoy teamwork. Our new balance laboratory provides excellent opportunities for the development of clinical activities and research.

Qualifications

Specialist competence in hearing and balance disorders.

We are looking for someone who easily creates good meetings with both patients and colleagues. You are skilled and confident in your professional role and have a positive and professional approach where the patient is the focus. You have a clear interest in participating in the development and change projects of the organization. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
