- be responsible for clinical assessment and the performance of medical interventions
- maintain contact with and provide support to relatives
- document in our operational systems to ensure safe care for our patients
- develop working methods and practices within our operations together with the rest of the work group
About the Workplace
Västerpark is a care and nursing home that opened on September 1, 2022. Västerpark has 80 rental apartments distributed over four floors, three of which focus on cognitive impairment and one on somatic care. The facility is located centrally in Väster, approximately two km from Örebro Central Station.
As a nurse at Västerpark, you will be part of the Health and Medical Care Organization (HS), where we gather all nurses and occupational therapists within the municipality's care and nursing homes under one organization. In this way, we can create better conditions, equal care, and safeguard Örebro Municipality's health and medical care resources. For you as a nurse, this also means having a manager who is fundamentally licensed and thus well-versed in the issues you face in your work.
