We are looking for a midwife who wants to be part of our wonderful family center and work together with several other professions. Lindesberg Health Center is a large and pleasant workplace. We have over 13,000 registered patients and approximately 60 employees. In early 2020, we moved into a brand new health center with modern facilities right next to the train station, making it easy to get here. We are characterized by engagement and a willingness to think differently to meet our patients' needs for health and medical care. For example, we have launched a project called Back the Children (Backa barnen) together with the municipality, the Police, and civil society to better identify children in need of early interventions.

Responsibilities

Standard work at the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) clinic according to the mandate from the Maternal Health Care (MHV) department, as well as work at our Family Center. The midwifery clinic in Lindesberg also has a satellite clinic in Kopparberg, so work there may also occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed midwife. Previous work within maternal health care is considered an asset. You find it easy to create good encounters with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the organization's development and change projects is seen by you as a natural part of your work. You are flexible, enjoy working in a team, and find it easy to collaborate. Great importance will be attached to personal qualities.
